All attempts to stop the Fluidic Borg vessel have failed, with the loss of 28 Federation Starships in the Braslota System including the Excalibur Class, USS Agamemnon which rammed the Borg vessel causing significant damage to the organic outer hull but not enough internal damage to destroy or disable the vessel itself.
The vessel has already began to regenerate by attack friendly trade vessels in the area and absorbing their ship's hulls into their own. Most of the Fleet was also used to repair the Borg vessel in pretty much the same way.
Now Captain Frostmane, aboard the battle-torn USS Avenger, currently pursuing the Borg into the heart of Federation, must make a decision to sacrifice the lives of his crew as they realize that the Borg are not heading after the MIDAS Array as previously thought but a detail that Starfleet has overlooked...
To the edge of Cardassian Space...
To the Argus Array...
To contact the Borg in the Delta Quadrant and reestablish communication with the Collective and begin the invasion of the Federation.
