The ISS Republic has been assigned to take on Empress Mewsin Sato II and escort her to her new palace world on the planet of Neural after the destruction of the local population, the Hill People and the Village People had been destroyed.
It is from their that the Empress will be coroneted as Empress of the Terran Empire after the death of Fleet Admiral John Hartman and Admiral Diamond Frostmane during the Battle of the Shifting Sky.
Many say that Empress Mewsin found the remains of Empress Hoshi Sato I and used her DNA to make her claim to the throne legitimate. I however do not listen to such rumors, I have worked hard to be put in command of my ship.
Me, an alien. I have worked hard from the position of slave in the Ore Processors of Terok Nor and I will not jeopardize my career on that basis. I do have suspicions though...
I believe that my First Officer, Commander Miku is going to attempt a mutiny. Chief Science Officer Epsilon and Doctor Braveheart proved most effective in "extracting" the information about her plans from Chief Engineer D'kmal. Cardassians do hate the cold...

Upon analysis of the ships power grid, I have discovered secret ship communications to the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance who have been a constant threat since we liberated Terra and reforged the Empire.
I await my first officer to make her move...
